We had a very good experience with Esh Home improvement company and we definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to do any roofing, siding, or windows replacement project.

We bought a foreclosure home, which needed significant renovation. There were two costly renovations; re-roofing, and replacing 21 windows. I received 5 estimates for each of them. Under each category, I got three estimates from Amish companies, including Esh Home Improvement, and two local non-Amish. The estimates ranged between 10K to 20k for roof and 13.5K to 22K for replacing all 21 windows.

Among the all contractors, there were only three companies who really took time to accurately measure the roof and gave us a reasonable estimate with good quality materials, and guess what, all three were Amish companies. And among those, Esh home improvement gave us a reasonable price with a good package and high quality work.

Aaron Esh, the owner o the company, was very responsive to all of our concerns and accommodated us earlier than anticipated project time. Ben, the foreman at the construction site, was very professional and polite. Dave, Elner, Arlin, and Josh worked really hard on the roof and windows and they finished the job within a one-week time frame. They were at site at 7:00 am and started working right or even before 7:30 am until 4:30 PM. The roof has a 50-year warranty and the windows are premium new construction windows (Paradigm brand).

To sum, Esh home improvement company provided us a high quality package that was competitive in price and quality. Remember! No construction job would be perfect if you do not have patience and proper communication skills. Bear in mind that phone conversation and more traditional methods are typical means of communications with Amish companies. They tend to limit their use of internet.
